How to Use LeadCatcher

LeadCatcher is your all-in-one lead management dashboard. Track prospects from first contact to closed deal, visualize your sales funnel, capture leads with embeddable forms, and monitor performance with real-time analytics.

Dashboard

Your command center — see key metrics and recent activity at a glance.

  1. 1.Review the stat cards at the top: Total Leads, Hot Leads, Converted, and This Week's new leads.
  2. 2.Check the Sales Funnel visualization to see how leads are distributed across pipeline stages.
  3. 3.Scan Recent Activity to stay on top of the latest lead interactions and updates.
  4. 4.Analyze Top Sources to understand where your best leads are coming from.
Pipeline

A Kanban-style board to visually manage leads through your sales process.

  1. 1.Each column represents a stage: New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Closed.
  2. 2.Click the Move button on any card to advance a lead to the next stage.
  3. 3.Click a lead card to open its full detail view with notes and activity log.
  4. 4.Use the + Add Lead button at the bottom of any column to create a lead directly in that stage.
  5. 5.Each column header shows the total deal value for leads in that stage.
Leads

A sortable, filterable table view of every lead in your system.

  1. 1.Use the search bar to find leads by name, company, or email.
  2. 2.Filter by Stage, Score, or Source using the dropdown menus.
  3. 3.Click column headers (Name, Company, Value) to sort ascending or descending.
  4. 4.An orange dot next to a name means the lead hasn't been viewed yet.
  5. 5.Use the eye icon to view details or the trash icon to delete a lead.
Forms

Create and customize lead capture forms to embed on your website.

  1. 1.Browse the two built-in templates: Contact Us and Quote Request.
  2. 2.Click Customize to open the form builder with a live preview.
  3. 3.Toggle fields on/off, mark them as required, and change the form title and button text.
  4. 4.Click Embed Code to get an iframe snippet you can paste into any website.
Analytics

Dive into performance data to optimize your lead generation strategy.

  1. 1.Check Lead Volume to see weekly trends in new lead acquisition.
  2. 2.The Win Rate gauge shows your overall conversion percentage at a glance.
  3. 3.Review Conversion Rate by Source to identify your highest-performing channels.
  4. 4.Use Avg. Time in Pipeline Stage to spot bottlenecks in your sales process.

Tips & Tricks

Lead Scoring System

Leads are automatically scored as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on deal value and time in stage. High-value leads ($8K+) that are recent get marked Hot, while leads stale for 7+ days turn Cold. Focus on Hot leads first!

Read the Funnel

The Sales Funnel on your Dashboard shows lead distribution across stages. A healthy funnel narrows from New to Closed. If leads pile up in one stage, it's a signal to take action there.

Embed Capture Forms

Go to the Forms tab, customize a template to match your brand, then grab the embed code. Paste it into your website's HTML and new leads will flow straight into your pipeline automatically.
